Mom and Me

Mom and I looked into everything, merchant services, vendor contracts and even the tax laws in the state but you know, I still don’t feel ready to really open the doors to this place and let clients in. I’m terrified of what might happen and all the horrible mistakes I just know we’re going to make in our first few weeks but I guess I just have to get over that so I’m able to run my small business effectively. Well, I say I will run it but mom will be there too – she’s a silent partner but she’s been more help than I could have ever imagined getting everything ready to go. I can’t thank her enough and I’m just really pumped to get everything in order – we’ve only got a few weeks to go before business really begins and you know, I think we’re going to be ready. I may be sweating and as nervous as I’ve ever been in my life but gosh darnit I’m going to be ready for this!
